Shipping Information


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the following Monday. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Currently, we do not offer overnight delivery.

You will receive your order anywhere from 1-5 business days (depending on the shipping method) from the date it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.

Custom Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International shipping
Currently, we offer delivery to Canada and United Kingdom.
Prices on our website are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We use only USPS for international shipping.
If you are visiting the US, we can ship any products to your location.


Returns and Refunds

The refund period is strictly limited to 30-days for all products starting from the date of purchase. After the 30 days, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product within 30 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must have no visible signs of usage and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging. With the return, please include your name, shipping address, email address and a copy of the invoice or the order id. You will be responsible for paying the shipping. Shipping cost are nonrefundable.

After we receive your item, our professional team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.
