Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. An order cancellation may not be guaranteed after your order has been processed for shipment. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Currently, we do not offer overnight delivery.
You will receive your order anywhere from 1-5 business days (depending on the shipping method) from the date it is shipped out, not the date the order is placed.
PetSpy is not responsible for late delivery due to holidays, weekends or any delay from the shipping company.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number.

Custom Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.

We are not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International shipping
Currently, we offer delivery to Canada only. Prices on our website are shown in US dollars. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. We use only USPS for international shipping. Some products may not be shipped to certain destinations due to some restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally, we will inform you in the checkout process on our website.
International shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control.
If you are visiting the US, we can ship any products to your location.

Returns and Refunds
The refund period is strictly limited to 30-days for all products starting from the date of purchase. After the 30 days, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product within 30 days after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must have no visible signs of usage and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.

The return must include:

  • Your name, shipping address and email address;
  • Copy of the invoice or the order id;
  • Written statement describing the problem.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping. Shipping cost are nonrefundable. We are not responsible for items that are lost during transit when being returned.

After we receive your item, our professional team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase.

Some products that we sell are not eligible for return and refund:

  • Promotional orders with a total discount greater than 30%
  • Items that use liquids or gases (e.g., Citronella spray refill can)
  • Pet Toys (e.g., Dog fitness ring)
